Do you offer refunds or credits for missed lessons?

At MNM, your weekly payments support every part of your child’s dance journey — from teachers and studios to lessons, music, and special events. Because these costs continue regardless of attendance, refunds or credits aren’t available. Where space allows, your child may join a make-up class to keep learning and enjoying every moment at MNM.

We aim to keep your experience simple, stress-free, and full of care.

What if my child stops mid year

We understand life happens! If you need to cancel, simply give a written 30 day notice, all instalments owing up to the date of cancellation must be paid. There are no refunds for any unused inclusions.

What if my child joins mid year

We completely understand that families join at different times throughout the year — and that shouldn’t mean you miss out or pay more than you need to. Our inclusive pricing is designed to be fair, flexible, and supportive, no matter when your child starts. A one-off joining fee will be charged to ensure your child receives all essential items — uniform pieces, costume hire, and access to rehearsals and events — so they can fully participate from day one.

What if my child doesn’t participate in the concert

Inclusive pricing ensures your child has every opportunity available, and even if they don’t use everything, the peace of mind and predictability is worth it. Plus, most students end up participating in other events throughout the year, especially Santa parades and show-and-tells.

Some other studios are cheaper

Other studios may seem cheaper per class, but costume fees, concert fees, videos, T-shirts, and events can quickly add up — sometimes hundreds of dollars extra. Many other studios also don’t offer the magical props, specialised facilities, and performance spaces that make MNM so special. With Inclusive Pricing, everything your child needs for their full MNM journey is included, giving them an unforgettable experience — and giving you peace of mind, all without extra stress.

Why are the payments over 52 weeks

The payments are spread over 52 weeks to make budgeting simpler and more manageable for families. Instead of paying large lump sums each term or month, spreading the cost weekly ensures, Consistency: You know exactly what to expect each week. Affordability: Smaller weekly amounts are easier to handle than big term or annual payments.

Essentially, it’s a way to make the full-year cost more digestible and stress-free.

Is there still a registration fee?

No! At MNM, we’ve removed registration fees entirely. Your weekly payment covers everything your child needs to join, learn, and shine — from classes and rehearsals to costumes, uniforms, and special events.

Do you offer family discounts?

Because our inclusive pricing already covers everything your child needs — classes, costumes, rehearsals, uniforms, concert items, and events — we don’t offer additional family discounts. This ensures every child enjoys the full MNM experience, with all inclusions fully covered, and keeps things simple and fair for every family.

Why do I pay in January if classes don’t start until February?

At MNM, we want your child’s dance journey to be simple and stress-free. Your fees are spread evenly over 52 weeks, making it easy to budget. The January payment is just the first week’s instalment, so when classes begin in February, everything is already taken care of. This means you can focus on the excitement of the new term, knowing your child’s place, uniform, and all class essentials are ready — no large lump sums, no surprises, just joyful dance all year long.
