ENROLMENT, FEES & PAYMENTS

Term Payment: You will receive an email with an invoice link where you can pay your term fee

Instalments: Tuition is divided into 11 equal monthly instalments, debited on the 15th of each month. This structure runs annually from February to December. Auto Pay is Required: All families must be set up on Autopay to participate in classes. Upon receiving your first invoice (sent every 10th of the month), your payment details will be securely stored for automatic processing in future months.

Weekly dance/singing/acting lessons

Multiple concert costumes (Tiny Stars excluded)

Free Acrobats Class to those 4-9 years old students (Saturdays 9AM - 9:45).

Non-attendance does not waive fees.

Monthly payments are due regardless of absence.

No refunds will be issued unless under our official money-back guarantee.

A Credit for students who notify us of going on holidays for more than 2 weeks.

Payments:

For Term Fees:
An invoice will be sent at the start of each term with a clearly stated due date. A 15-day grace period will apply from the due date. If payment is not received within that period, a $35 late fee will be applied to the account.

For Monthly Fees:
Invoices will be sent on the 10th of each month, and payments will be automatically processed on the 15th. If payment is not successfully received by the 30th of the same month, a $35 late fee will be added.

If a direct debit fails, a notice will be emailed to you. Please resolve the payment promptly to maintain your child’s place in class.

Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 28 days’ notice is required if you wish to cancel your enrolment. This allows time for billing and administrative adjustments.

UNIFORM & CLASS PREPARATION

What to Wear: Comfortable, movement-friendly clothing (e.g., leggings, t-shirt, activewear). Hair must be tied back for safety.

Uniform: Once your child has settled in, you can purchase official uniforms from the studio. Speak to us before or after class to order.

Bring to Class:

*Water bottle

*Snack (if staying for multiple classes)

*Big smiles and energy!

Safety Note: No dangly earrings, watches, bracelets, or necklaces are permitted in class.

CLASSROOM & STUDIO ETIQUETTE

Please arrive 10 minutes early so students are ready to start on time

Parents are not permitted inside classrooms, unless invited. Please wait in the designated parent waiting area or outside.

Supervision:

*Students are only supervised while in class and as well as 15 mins before and after classes.

*Any students attending the studio to watch must be supervised at all times.

PARKING

There is street parking available. Please ensure all drop-offs and pick-ups are done safely using nearby street parking.

Please do not park in the neighbours car spots.

STUDIO POLICY & EXPECTATIONS

We are not responsible for lost property or personal injury while on the premises.

Help us keep the space clean: Please use amenities respectfully.

Young children using the bathrooms must be supervised at all times.
