Getting started with us is easy! On your enrolment form, you'll see two simple payment options.

- Pay Monthly

Just easily click the option that works best for you, and we'll handle all the payment system setup for you.

Here’s a simple breakdown of how each convenient plan works:

1. Our Convenient Monthly Plan

This is our "set-it-and-forget-it" option, designed to be as easy as possible. This plan runs from February through December.

How it Works: We'll send you an invoice on the 10th of the month. Your simple autopay deduction will then be processed on the 15th (which is your due date).

Your First Month: It's so simple. Just pay the first invoice you receive using the secure link. The card you use will then be automatically and securely set up for all future monthly autopayments. No extra forms needed!

Easy Grace Period: We offer an easy 15-day grace period starting from your due date (the 15th). A $35 late fee would only be applied if payment isn't received by the end of this period.

2. Our Simple Term Plan

If you prefer to handle your payments in one go each term, this option is just as simple.

How it Works: We will send you an invoice at the start of each term. It will have a clearly stated due date, so there's no guesswork.

Easy Grace Period: You also have a convenient 15-day grace period from that due date. A $35 late fee will only be applied if payment is not received within that time.

Easy Cancellation

If your plans change, our policy is just as straightforward. We simply require one month's written notice via email to cancel your enrolment.

Free Acrobats Class to those 4-9 years old students (Saturdays 9AM - 9:45).

Non-attendance does not waive fees.

Monthly payments are due regardless of absence.

No refunds will be issued unless under our official money-back guarantee.

A Credit for students who notify us of going on holidays for more than 2 weeks.

UNIFORM & CLASS PREPARATION

What to Wear: Comfortable, movement-friendly clothing (e.g., leggings, t-shirt, activewear). Hair must be tied back for safety.

Uniform: Once your child has settled in, you can purchase official uniforms from the studio. Speak to us before or after class to order.

Bring to Class:

*Water bottle

*Snack (if staying for multiple classes)

*Big smiles and energy!

Safety Note: No dangly earrings, watches, bracelets, or necklaces are permitted in class.

CLASSROOM & STUDIO ETIQUETTE

Please arrive 10 minutes early so students are ready to start on time

Parents are not permitted inside classrooms, unless invited. Please wait in the designated parent waiting area or outside.

Supervision:

*Students are only supervised while in class and as well as 15 mins before and after classes.

*Any students attending the studio to watch must be supervised at all times.

PARKING

There is street parking available. Please ensure all drop-offs and pick-ups are done safely using nearby street parking.

Please do not park in the neighbours car spots.

STUDIO POLICY & EXPECTATIONS

We are not responsible for lost property or personal injury while on the premises.

Help us keep the space clean: Please use amenities respectfully.

Young children using the bathrooms must be supervised at all times.
