If your child loves to perform, thrives on stage, and wants to take their skills to the next level, our Performance groups at MNM Creating and Performing is the perfect place for them!

 

We will have two performance groups running this year which are Performance Team and Show Group. Please see below the benefits and differences of the two groups:

Performance Team – Senior / High School

Thursday 400pm – 600pm

Performance Team is an exciting opportunity for students who love to perform and want to take their skills to the next level!

🌟 Exclusive Performance Opportunities

·         Open our annual concert and perform at various events throughout the year.

·         Compete in several eisteddfods, gaining valuable stage experience.

·         Train for two hours each week, with at least two group routines plus opportunities for duos, trios, and solos.

All Performance Team members wear the official MNM uniform to every PT class:
✅ MNM Purple Top
✅ MNM Shorts or MNM Tights
✅ Approved Jazz & Ballet Shoes

Show Group – Junior / Senior

Wednesday 5.30pm – 6.30pm

Our Show Group is a fantastic opportunity for students who love to perform and want to gain more stage experience in a fun and supportive environment!

·         Be invited to perform at a variety of events throughout the year, showcasing their skills and passion for performing.

·         Train for one hour each week, working on 2–3 dynamic group routines that will build confidence and stage presence.

·         Develop teamwork, musicality, and performance skills in a joyful, family-like setting.

 

🚨 Important Note: Unfortunately, Pre-Junior (Kindy) students are not eligible for Show Group at this time.

 

To be eligible for these classes, students must be enrolled in at least two dance classes at MNM (we highly recommend one of them be Jazz, Tap, or Ballet) to build strong technique and versatility.

 

Additionally, students must demonstrate dedication and commitment by attending their Performance Team (PT) or Show Group (SG) class every week. Regular attendance

MNM Dance Step Program

Our Dance Step Program is designed to empower Show Group students to grow as leaders, role models, and confident performers within our MNM family. Through structured training and mentorship, students develop valuable skills that go beyond dance — including communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence.

Designed for dancers 10 years and up, the program helps students:
🌸 Serve as positive role models in class and the studio
🌸 Build leadership and confidence
🌸 Learn advanced performance and technical skills
🌸 Take part in meaningful studio activities that nurture personal growth
